   In Field Operations, open the job and print its QR code. Each job has its own code, so every scan lands on the right job.    Each worker opens JLCS Crew, unlocks with fingerprint or face, and scans the code — that's the whole check-in. No kiosk, no shared tablet. No signal at the site?    On every scan, the app checks the phone's location against the jobsite. A scan from the site goes straight through; one from somewhere else gets flagged for your review.    Each validated check-in and checkout pair lands as hours on the worker's timecard, with the job already attached thanks to the QR.
