Our story
Built first for the hardest cases.
JLCS was designed around steel erection's edge cases — travel-heavy crews, multi-site lodging, Davis-Bacon prevailing-wage payroll, OSHA 300 logs. The rigor that earned makes the platform fit every other field-based industry.
Seven tools, three spreadsheets, no shared truth
Most field operations run on a stack: paper daily logs, Excel timesheets, QuickBooks for POs, paper safety forms, separate scheduling, separate HR, separate payroll. Each one stores its own copy of the same Job, the same Crew, the same Vendor. Foremen retype. Payroll cleans up. Incidents email-thread for days.
Build the platform around a single shared record
Define Jobs, Employees, Crews, Vendors, and Cost Codes once. Make every module reference them — never duplicate them. Then build module-to-module hooks so an incident automatically spawns a warning and schedules a drug test. So a check-in becomes a daily-report row and a timecard at the same time.
23 modules across 5 categories — all on the same spine
Operations, Finance, People & HR, Tools, Admin. Each module is useful on its own; each one compounds in value when the next one is turned on. Per-tenant SaaS so each company runs on its own subdomain with isolated data, branded chrome, and only the modules it needs.
One platform, every operation
Construction, field services, energy & utilities, manufacturing, property management, logistics — anywhere field crews show up to jobs and cost codes. The platform underneath is identical; the modules you turn on depend on your operation.
